Who are the Honorary Voting Members?

Honorary voting members are people in the community that we believe have the passion and love for soca, carnival, fetes, and our community. They consist of: 

• DJs
• Promoters
• MCs
• Vendors
• Active Fetters
• People who requested to be voting members

How are the default nominees chosen? 

For DJS & MCS we looked at FETE LIST data for the year of 2022 and extracted the most prolific DJs and MCs. We also asked our followers to suggest their favorites via our stories and posts. 

For MIXES we asked our followers to suggest their favorites via our stories and posts. 

For FETES we asked our followers to suggest their favorites via our stories and posts. 

Can we add our own selections? 

You can choose to add your own selections to any of the categories.

How come DJ/MC/MIX/FETE isn’t on this list? 

The nominees are chosen via our social media profile and data within our system. Voting is done by our voting members. If you would like to be a voting member please submit a request.
