Ticket Payment Plan Policy & Rules

Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before opting into our Ticket Payment Plan. Your participation signifies your agreement to these rules.

1. Payment Plan Duration & Schedule:

The Payment Plan offers a single duration window for completion.

Your ticket purchase must be completed within six (6) consecutive months from your initial payment.

Payments will be charged in six (6) monthly installments as follows:

Soca Brainwash Ticket Cost Per Month: US $42 + Fees and taxes

Season Pass Ticket Cost Per Month: US $110 + Fees and taxes

Important: This Payment Plan is only available for sign-up until June 30, 2025.

Payment link emails will be sent at the end of every month so that you can process your payment on the 30th or 31st accordingly.

2. Cancellation Policy:

Your Payment Plan will be automatically cancelled after one (1) missed payment. It is your sole responsibility to ensure timely payments.

3. No Refunds:

All payments made through the Ticket Payment Plan are strictly non-refundable. No payments in part or in whole will be refunded.

In the event of cancellation (e.g., due to missed payments) or if you choose not to complete the plan or attend the event, any and all payments previously made will be forfeited.

4. Non-Transferable:

Payment Plans are non-transferable. The plan, including all associated payments, cannot be transferred to another individual or account.

5. No Early Pay-Offs:

We do not permit early payment or accelerated completion of the Payment Plan. All installments must be paid according to the scheduled monthly charges.

6. Ticket Issuance:

Your bona fide event ticket will only be issued after the Payment Plan has been paid for in full.

All fully paid tickets, including those completed via the Payment Plan, will be issued on January 31, 2026.

7. Communication Consent:

By opting into the Payment Plan, you agree to receive all communications, including payment reminders, invoices, tickets and updates via email. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information remains up to date.

We may modify these terms with at least seven (7) days’ prior written notice via the email address you provided. Continued participation after the effective date of such changes will constitute your acceptance.
