Solaris Refund Policy

At Solaris, we are committed to delivering a premium event experience. Due to the nature of event planning and the significant upfront costs involved, the following refund policy applies to all ticket and package purchases.

1. All Sales Are Final

All tickets, cabanas, and packages purchased for Solaris are non-refundable and non-transferable. This includes, but is not limited to:

• General Admission tickets

• Cabana and umbrella packages

2. Event Changes

Solaris reserves the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to:

• Venue changes

• Lineup adjustments

• Layout or experience modifications

Such changes do not qualify for refunds.

3. Postponement

In the event that Solaris is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns, or other force majeure events), all tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Cancellation

If Solaris is fully cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of the organizers.

• In such cases, refunds may be issued in full or partial value, excluding any processing or transaction fees.

5. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event for any reason, including personal circumstances, travel issues, or illness, will not qualify for a refund.

6. Third-Party Purchases

Tickets purchased through third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite or other vendors) are subject to both Solaris’ policy and the platform’s terms. Service fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.

7. Unauthorized Resale

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior written approval. Solaris is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.

8. Entry & Compliance

Refunds will not be issued to patrons who are denied entry or removed from the event due to:

• Failure to comply with event policies

• Disorderly conduct

• Illegal activity
